It was the righteousness of the Terror that triggered the pond ... because alongside it was the Bolter defending the pitiful Jim Molan, who didn't have the guts to simply apologise for sharing posts from Britain First ...
Good old Jim shared lots of things in his day ...
The New Daily can reveal that on May 4, 2017, the former Australian Defence Force general’s Twitter account retweeted a post that said: “Exam. I was asked to name two things commonly found in cells. Apparently ‘young Muslims’ and ‘Somalians’ were not the correct answers.”
Good old bigoted Jim ... and so the Bolter triggered the pond, and sent it off to look at that Caroline Overington story about the why and the how of the reptiles failing to report on Barners' affair, when it mattered ... during the by-election.
Now the pond doesn't think it would have changed anything.
Barners had enough support up against the assorted low profile names against him, and every politician will fervently line up to explain how politicians' lives should remain private ... even as they hypocritically blather about the virtues of traditional marriage while spreading their seed to the wind ...
The reptiles went missing in action, though there were many tweets - as per this one on 14th November last year, and this one mentioned by the pond back in December last year ...
And now suddenly Overington is wondering why the reptiles failed to do their duty, and blames it on Malware's government, and only now in early February are the stories beginning to roll, with many more available for the unfurling ...

Trust the reptiles to get it wrong. So long as Barners blathered on about the virtues of traditional marriage, his off-screen activities should have been of interest. There's nothing like a fatuous pious hypocrite to get the juices flowing, but the reptiles held off ...
That's the way it's always been done, unless you happened to be Billy Snedden and died on the job and everybody enjoyed the joke ...
How many recall the early days of John Curtin when he went the grope on a shopgirl, as recorded in David Day's biography?
Click to enlarge or head off to the local public library for more and for the full footnotes ...
And yes, you never know which politician might molest a shopgirl ... or even get on the turps and chase women into a toilet ...while simultaneously explaining how gay marriage will ruin everything and celebrating the status of women...
And now back to Overington wringing her hands and still missing the point ...
Well if it was open season on gays and SSM, or if workplace affairs and their consequences are ever going to be discussed then it should have been open season on hypocritical politicians, who, when not pandering to Gina, were indulging themselves in all sorts of other naughtiness ...
You see, if politicians want to intrude into private lives with public rulings, then all bets are off ... something professional Xians and their talk of complimentary women learned some time ago (and what fun it was to hear complimentary woman Kay Goldsworthy, new archbishop in Perth, dance around the difficulties of dealing with the luddites of Sydney).
But enough of all this, because the pond must now welcome back old favourite, the savvy Savva, telling Malware what he must do ...
Truth to tell, it's as dull as ditchwater, but the pond must do its duty, as Savva does her best to help Malware continue in power, so that the NBN might continue to roll out as the dud of the century ...
Well she did mention the Donald, and since the pond has mentioned Jim, why not a cartoon to sum up the mood of the times?
And now back to the savvy Savva building up the fear of comrade Bill, though frankly it's a difficult task.
Comrade Bill serves noble duty on Mad as Hell - he delivered two rip-snorting show-stopping zingers last night - is this the only reason for watching the ABC the pond can now find? - and it's hard to see a comedian of this quality as a Satanic Marxist of the perverted kind ... intent on stopping big miners fighting for coal, because what we need is more dinkum Ozzie coal, oi, oi, oi, and much less of this climate science designed to introduce world government by Xmas ...
Now it's true that Comrade Bill mishandled the citizenship debacle for short term game, and Susan Lamb is prolonging the agony, in much the same way that the Liberal party is obfuscating about some of their own members with emotionally laden excuses, but what's wondrous to behold is the way they believe that a swing to the greenies will work for them.
Don't they understand that if they let the greenies take the inner city, soon enough the greenies will be casting covetous glances at other seats ... say the heavily green-saturated seats in certain rural locations? Will the honourable member for Nimbin please refrain from smoking a joint in the House?
Now the pond has no dog in this fight ...but it's wondrous to see how the duopoly tries to ensure the ongoing success of the system, and how poor old Barners is being quietly given the savvy Savva stiletto treatment ...
Oh it's all in a day's good knitting, with Rowe himself enjoying the result, and with more careful Rowe stitching available here ...knit two, purl two, drop one ...
Hi Dorothy,
ReplyDeleteJoyce opposed the national immunisation program against HPV (human papillomavirus) that can lead to cervical cancer, back in 2006. Arguing that;
“There might be an overwhelming backlash from people saying ‘don’t you dare put something out there that gives my 12-year-old daughter a license to be promiscuous”
How’s that for hypocrisy.
DiddyWrote
Utterly appalling. Everything I hate about reactionary, god-bothering social conservatives. Poorly reasoned, contrary to their own professed morals and aimed forcing other people to conform to their prejudices.
DeleteCurtin was born in 1885. That was his father, you numpty.
ReplyDeleteThis seems worthy of loonpond...
ReplyDeleteI want to hear from barnabys daughter and those who witnessed her driving down peel st denouncing her father.
"The entire oeuvre of James Massola and half that of Kate McClymont would have to be binned if Fairfax seriously applied the put-up-or-shut-up standard Maley is trumpeting here. Apparently, as with their counterparts in North Korea, the Canberra press gallery can only report what has been formally announced."
